Quit Me
Quit Me

Quit anything

One day at a time,
counted properly.

Quit Me tracks the days since you stopped — and gives you something to do when the urge shows up. Private by default, with the option to bring in someone who has your back.

Free forever for one quit. No card to start.

A person at a window at first light, holding a warm mug.

Three things, done well

No dashboards to configure. No streak you have to babysit.

  1. 1

    Name what you're leaving

Alcohol, nicotine, gambling, porn, drugs, self-harm — or something only you would name. Backdate it if you already started.

  2. 2

    Check in once a day

One tap. Add how the day felt and where you were, if you want — that's what makes the trigger insights work.

  3. 3

Have a plan for the hard hour

When the urge lands, open Calm Me Down and get something concrete to do instead. Not a lecture.

Built for the thing you're actually quitting

Each one gets its own off-ramps, its own tone, and its own idea of what a hard day looks like.

  • Alcohol
  • Nicotine & vaping
  • Gambling
  • Porn
  • Drugs
  • Self-harm
  • Anything else

What's in it

Streaks that survive a bad day

Your current run, your longest ever, and every milestone you've hit. A relapse resets the counter — it doesn't erase the record.

Trigger insights

After a week of check-ins, Quit Me shows your riskiest hour, day and place. Most people are surprised by at least one of them.

Calm Me Down

A catalogue of concrete off-ramps for the moment it's hard — matched to what you're quitting, and to how much time you've got.

My Why

Write down the reason while you're clear-headed. Quit Me shows it back to you at the exact moment you go to reset the streak.

What you've reclaimed

Money and hours, added up. Especially blunt for gambling and drinking, which is the point.

Daily nudge, your hour

One reminder a day, at a time you choose, in a tone you choose — gentle, direct, or cheering. Off by default.

Two people sitting together on steps at night.

Accountability

Someone who actually gets told

Invite one person to be your sponsor. They see your streaks, and they get a notification the moment you log a setback — so the conversation happens that night, not at your next catch-up.

You choose who. You can remove them any time. And the notification they receive never names what you're quitting — that stays between you and the app until you open it together.

Struggling before it's a setback? One tap sends them an I'm struggling ping.

Community

People at the same point as you

Join the room for what you're quitting, or make a private one and invite only the people you want in it. Post a win, ask a question, or just read for a while.

Every post and comment can be reported, every account can be blocked, and everything is screened before it publishes. You show up under a handle, never your email address.

Private is the default, not a setting

Nothing is posted for you

Your journeys, check-ins and relapses are yours alone unless you explicitly share a post.

You're a handle, not an address

The community shows a pseudonym. Your email is never published, and neither is anything derived from it.

Self-harm is never public

That category is kept out of the public feed entirely — on the journey tag and on what you write.

Notifications say nothing

A lock-screen banner never names what you're quitting. Anyone glancing at your phone learns nothing.

A lock on the app itself

Optional PIN or Face ID, so the app is shut even when your phone isn't.

Delete means deleted

One screen, no email to support. Your account and everything in it are destroyed immediately and permanently.

Questions

Do I need an account?

Yes — your streaks sync across your phone and the web, and the sponsor and community features need somewhere to live. Signing in is passwordless: we email you a link.

What happens when I relapse?

The current streak resets and your longest streak is kept. Before it resets, Quit Me shows you your own reason for quitting and offers a few things to try first. Nothing is deleted, and nobody is told except a sponsor you invited yourself.

Can I track more than one thing?

The free plan covers one journey. Premium removes the cap so you can run several at once.

Will anyone see what I'm quitting?

Only if you post about it. The community shows a pseudonym rather than your email, notifications never name the habit, and the self-harm category is kept out of the public feed entirely.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account, in the app or on the web. It's immediate and permanent — no email to support, and no waiting period unless you choose one.

Is this treatment?

No. Quit Me is a tracking tool. It isn't therapy, a treatment programme, or medical care, and it doesn't diagnose anything.

If today is worse than that

Quit Me is a habit-tracking tool, not medical or crisis care. Talk to a doctor before making decisions about withdrawal or treatment — stopping alcohol or benzodiazepines suddenly can be dangerous.
